Gerald (DBA., - CEO), and He's also a professor that teaches in Doctor Business Administration/Doctor of Strategic Leadership (as a Research Chair & Reader) Programs and in the MBA Program- Strategic Management (DMBAs Capstone) Courses at high tier Universities. He is also a business professional with over twenty-five years of experience in importing and exporting management (Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. (HTSUS) , and marketing and supply chain management. He has a track record of improving business process efficiency and effectiveness through the verification of strategic and tactical programs. He has also developed strategic management plans that were used to improve the efficiency of global business operations.
These types of business strategies (product differentiation, financial, technology-based and relationship-based) were used to ensure that those business areas such as manufacturing, telecommunication, transportation and logistics, economic development projects, nonprofit organizations, retail and wholesale entities, and government contracts were in accordance with contractual requirements, and governmental regulations. DISSERTATION RESEARCH – His dissertation; Panama’s Low-Income
Consumers Brand Loyalty, the purpose of the research was to determine Panama’s
low-income consumer’s consumption values, preferences, and loyalty towards a
particular brand over another. The qualitative research method was employed in
this study and data collection process consisted of observation and in-depth
interview documents that were organized and categorized. The results of the
the study found that Panama’s low-income consumer’s brand preferences were widely
varied and brand loyalty behavior was influenced by consumers’ knowledge,
perceptions and commitment towards a particular product and service provider.
Recommendation for further study addressed the marketing strategy that could be
used to identify consumers’ consumption preferences and loyalty towards a
